High school memories rock, don’t they? As I sat down to type this post, I recalled the day that one of my classmates asked where my mom worked. Thinking it was an innocent question I answered and said “Maytag” since half the town was employed by them. At that point she snidely said, “ohhhh, does she clean the Maytag mansion?” Um no.
I knew where she was going with that so I played along. Instead of getting ticked off, I said no and asked if her mom was looking for a job. Yes, I can be like that. 
So how does all of that tie into what I’m talking about today? Well, just as my mom was not an employed housekeeper, I am not a housekeeper either. Some people find solace and contentment in floors you can eat off while for me, I prefer to find those things in running and hiking. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like my house to be messy and if I walk in your house and your bathrooms are filthy, I’ll hold my bladder until I’m about to burst.
Cleaning the bathroom is not fun, I get that. I have three of them in my house and detest cleaning them all. But come on people, it’s a necessary job! Do what I do and get products that do the work for you. One I’ve always stuck with is Tilex Mold and Mildew remover. Bathrooms are notorious for growing green (and pink) stuff in the cracks and crevices. I’m tried other concoctions and nothing works like Tilex. All I have to do is spray it, let it sit for 5 minutes or so and then rinse it off. It does the work for me because, you know, I am not a housekeeper. 
If you’re my friend and you’re worried that I’ve been judging your bathroom, don’t worry. I get it. Everyone’s bathroom has mold in it. My does, yours does, heck, I bet even Kim and Kayne have mold in their bathroom. :It only takes a few days for mold to start growing if it has the right conditions. What I will judge you on is how much time you spend trying to get rid of it. Do the easy thing and use Tilex!
